TR-C 19 .. Turkish medicine awaits license to treat corona patients

The Turkish Health Sciences University, in cooperation with the "VSY" company for the manufacture of medicines and biotechnology, has developed a new drug for the Coronavirus called "TR-C 19", to be officially licensed as soon as possible.

Professor "Jawdat Erdoul," President of the University of Health Sciences for Anatolia, said that the treatment would be ready to be given to volunteer patients to be licensed at the earliest.

He added that the world is working as fast as possible to find a cure for the Corona virus, which threatens the health of all societies, and that Turkey has also made important steps in this direction.

Erdol affirmed that they are going through an important test and a historic turning point in the cooperation between universities and pharmaceutical companies, noting that they continue to work to find tireless treatment to provide one of the rare examples on the world stage, on solidarity and cooperation between the state and the people through public and private institutions.

The Professor pointed out that the family of the Turkish University of Health Sciences, in cooperation with the Turkish Ministry of Health, showed that the defense of the homeland was not only on the front line, pointing out that the faculty members were in the first classes to combat the Corona epidemic.

He noted that they accelerated their research and development activities to monitor and control the epidemic to serve the nation until they reached the stage of production of the "TR-C 19" treatment.

He added that the drug, which was produced as "TR-C 19", was able to neutralize Corona virus that was isolated in the laboratory earlier, and it is ready to be applied to volunteer patients infected with the virus.

Erdol continued, "We are awaiting the issuance of the necessary permits in this regard, and we plan to license the TR-C 19 within a short period."

The President of the Turkish Health Sciences University thanked all the participants and contributors in achieving this achievement.

In turn, the chairman of the board of directors of "VSY" company for the manufacture of medicines and biotechnology, Arjan Warblash, said that his company has made every effort to get rid of Turkey from these difficult days due to the Corona epidemic.

He emphasized that "TR-C 19" is one of the most important projects of the company as it concerns the Corona pandemic, which poses a threat to global health.
